Ladd Steering Committee

The Ladd Steering Committee was appointed by the Duncanville City Council to explore how a nature preserve at 609 W. Danieldale Road could be created. View the final report delivered to the Duncanville City Council below. This is not a final plan. This concept incorporates ideas that could be used to create the Charles F. Ladd Nature Preserve. There will likely be three materplans developed per deed requirement, including public hearings and community input.
